Priya Deshmukh Appointed as Head HR at thyssenkrupp Materials Services

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 – Priya Deshmukh has been appointed as Head HR at thyssenkrupp Materials Services, where she will lead the people strategy and HR transformation agenda for the organization in India. In her new role, she is responsible for strengthening talent architecture, workforce capability development, organizational culture, and HR governance to support thyssenkrupp Materials Services’ fast-growing industrial and digital services footprint.

In her immediate prior role, Priya Deshmukh served for nearly two years as Lead – Human Resources (India) at thyssenkrupp Materials Services, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening HR operations, leadership capability building, workforce planning, and HR governance for India operations. Her contributions created the foundation for scalable people systems supporting business growth.

Before joining thyssenkrupp Materials Services, she briefly served as Head HR & Admin at Shazé Luxury Retail Pvt. Ltd., where she supported organizational stabilization, workforce restructuring, and HR process optimization in a fast-moving retail environment.

Earlier, Priya Deshmukh spent close to three years with Bisleri International Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Human Resources Manager, where she led key initiatives across talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management for large multi-location teams.

She also held leadership HR roles at VIP Industries Limited as Corporate HR Manager – Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, and earlier at Bisleri International Pvt. Ltd. as Corporate Lead – HRBP, consolidating her expertise in strategic HR partnering, leadership hiring, and organizational capability development. Her early career included HR leadership roles at Grover Zampa Vineyards, Mondelēz International, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., and Reliance Industries Limited, giving her strong exposure across FMCG, manufacturing, retail, and beverage sectors.

Priya Deshmukh has completed the Advanced HR Management Programme for HR Leaders from Indian Institute of Management Indore, and holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Welling International Institute of Business Studies, Pune.
