Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 — Priyam Alok has been elevated to the position of Deputy Managing Director at Saraswat Bank, marking a significant milestone in the bank’s leadership transformation journey. Prior to this, he served as Chief Business Officer, where he led the Consumer and Commercial Banking Group, overseeing a wide array of asset products and spearheading digital transformation and process enhancements. His promotion reflects the bank’s continued focus on modernization and strategic growth.
Before joining Saraswat Bank in 2024, Priyam was with AU Small Finance Bank for over eight years, where he joined as National Head of Business Banking and played a pivotal role in the bank’s transition from an NBFC to a Small Finance Bank. His efforts were integral to establishing a diversified portfolio for the institution.
Previously, he served as National Head – Television Business at Reliance Broadcast Network, leading operations for BIG MAGIC and BIG GANGA. This was followed by a senior leadership stint at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he headed the Retail Liabilities business for North, West, and East India post the ING Vysya Bank merger.
Earlier, at ING Vysya Bank, he led the Retail Liabilities business across multiple regions, managing large teams and driving growth in the emerging affluent segment. He also spent six years at Citi, holding key roles such as Regional Head – Citi@Work and Sales Head for Personal and Business Loans across North India.
His career began at Kotak Mahindra Prime, where he quickly rose from Management Trainee to Sales Head – Auto Loans for Gurgaon. With over two decades of rich experience across India’s financial and retail banking sectors, Priyam brings deep domain knowledge and a strategic vision that aligns with Saraswat Bank’s future roadmap.
