Sahibabad, U.P., India, July 2024 – Priyanka Krishna has started her new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Tricolite Electrical Industries Limited. Priyanka will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, strategic HR leadership, and driving HR transformation initiatives to support the company’s growth and innovation.
Priyanka Krishna joins Tricolite Electrical Industries Limited from ECE Elevators, where she served as the Head of HR. During her tenure, Priyanka led HR transformation initiatives, formulated HR policies, and managed change management processes. Her leadership significantly improved employee engagement and streamlined HR operations.
Before ECE Elevators, Priyanka was the General Manager Human Resources (Head HR) at Yanmar in Gurgaon. In this role, she was instrumental in implementing HR strategies, overseeing manpower planning, and enhancing performance management processes. She also managed training and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational change initiatives, contributing to the overall business strategy.
Earlier in her career, Priyanka served as the HR Head India and South Asia at Lumenis. She was responsible for managing HR operations across India and South Asia, focusing on strategic HR leadership, budgeting, and resource management. Her efforts led to improved HR processes and better alignment with organizational goals.
