Chicago, Illinois, United States, April 2025 – Puja Trivedi has joined Wells Fargo as Executive Director, Senior Lead Talent & Performance Management Consultant, where she will play a strategic role in advancing the bank’s global talent development, performance strategy, and leadership growth programs. In this critical capacity, she will partner with senior leaders to design and deliver forward-thinking talent frameworks that support the bank’s purpose-driven and inclusive culture.
Before joining Wells Fargo, Puja served as Director, People Business Partner at Slalom, where she led enterprise HR strategy, leadership development, and talent planning for over three years. Her deep focus on collaboration, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional leadership made a lasting impact on Slalom’s culture and business outcomes.
Earlier, she was HR Business Partner – Commercial Banking at JPMorgan Chase, where she supported high-performing business units and helped integrate talent strategies with broader organizational goals. She also served as Attraction, Talent & Development Manager at AXA Partners, where she contributed to global people development initiatives.
Puja spent over five years at Cars.com, where she held dual roles as Manager, People Development/Business Partner and Associate Manager – Organizational Development. There, she developed and executed company-wide performance management systems, engagement strategies, and leadership training programs, directly impacting employee growth and retention.
Her early career included roles at Groupon, Target, and a research internship at Danone in London, where she focused on cross-cultural leadership behaviors and learning frameworks—laying the foundation for her robust expertise in data-informed, people-first HR strategy.
