Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 — Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd. has appointed Purvi Shah as Head – Information Technology, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization continues to strengthen its technology and digital capability across its real estate operations.
In her new role, Purvi Shah will be responsible for driving the organization’s IT agenda, building robust technology-enabled business systems, and supporting Ajmera Realty’s growth ambitions through enterprise technology transformation, process modernization, and improved customer and business outcomes.
With her appointment as Head – Information Technology at Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd., Purvi Shah brings strong cross-functional experience across real estate technology, enterprise applications, digital transformation, and business systems leadership, backed by impactful delivery across multiple high-scale initiatives.
Prior to joining Ajmera Realty, she served as Chief Information Officer at Krisala Developers, where she led strategic IT and cybersecurity direction. During this phase, she was recognized with major industry acknowledgements including being named “Cybersecurity Woman of the Year” at the CISO India Connect & Awards 2024 in Mumbai, and being recognized as “IT Automation and Visionary Leader of the Year” at Dine with DevOps II – Mumbai Monitor in November 2024. She also featured in prominent industry publications including Dataquest Magazine (November 2025) and CXO TechBOT (August 2025), reflecting her thought leadership in IT strategy and enterprise technology scaling.
Earlier, she worked with Stetig Consulting Private Limited as Associate Director – Delivery, contributing to delivery leadership and execution of technology initiatives. She also served as Head Information Technology at Kohinoor Group Pune, where she redefined IT strategy and the digital transformation roadmap, driving operational improvements and infrastructure modernization. Her achievements included leading application and IT infrastructure projects valued at ₹10 crore, executing benchmarking studies against top real estate players, partner selection for technology growth, and implementing asset and license optimization initiatives resulting in financial savings.
Before this, she held a leadership role as Partner on Revenue Sharing model at SG Enterprises, where she contributed to business generation during the Covid-19 period, generating recurring annual business worth Rs. 1.2 crore, reaching 2000 leads, and converting 51 prospects, demonstrating strong commercial execution alongside strategic capability.
A significant part of her foundational leadership experience was built at Adani Realty, where she served as Business Analyst and led multiple transformation initiatives. Her work included enterprise-wide SAP and BPC change management, implementation of Salesforce and mobile applications, and development of a 360-degree customer experience platform. She also contributed to measurable business impact through conversion improvement, customer experience efficiency gains, and strategic cost optimization, including reductions in marketing costs and brokerage savings, along with optimization of project scope resulting in man-hour savings.
She began her career with HDFC Bank, where she served in roles including Personal Banker Authoriser and Teller Authoriser, earning recognition for performance including a Certificate of Excellence in an NRI Sales Contest and receiving 900 ESOPs for exceptional contributions. During this phase, she also played a role in establishing a new branch in Rajkot and progressed rapidly through multiple promotions.
