Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2024 – Mahi Rath has joined AHEAD as the new Senior Director, Human Resources. Reflecting on her journey as employee #2 at AHEAD in India brings back memories of the challenges and triumphs that have shaped her. Mahi brings extensive experience in human resources and strategic leadership to this new role, ready to enhance HR functions and support the growth of the organization.
Mahi Rath has been with AHEAD for over a year. Prior to her current role, she served as the Director, Human Resources for over a year, where she played a crucial role in accelerating the impact of technology in the most successful organizations in the world.
Mahi worked at Rackspace Technology for over five years, holding several positions. As the Senior Human Resources Manager for about a year and a half, she managed the entire gamut of HR, TD, RE, HRBP, and HROPs. Prior to that, she was the Manager, Global Talent Development and Racker Experience for about two and a half years, and the HR Business Partner for nearly two years, all based in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
At Centrient Pharmaceuticals, Mahi served as the HR Associate (Asia-Pacific/Middle East/Africa) for about a year in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Mahi was a Senior Executive Human Resources at International SOS for about a year, and at PAL GROUP (OPERATIONS) LIMITED for about a year and a half in Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India.
She began her professional career as a Human Resources Specialist at NCR Corporation for about a year in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Mahi also interned at Tata Steel for less than a year in Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India.
