Lausanne, Switzerland, June 26, 2024 — The Board of Directors has appointed Kristel Rouiller as the future Director of the Human Resources Department and Bruno Férolles as the future Director of the Personal Insurance Department of the Vaudoise Insurance Group, effective November 1, 2024. Bruno Férolles will join Vaudoise on October 1, 2024, and will replace Jacques Marmier on the Management Committee as of January 1, 2025. Jacques Marmier will retire in 2025 after 28 years with the Vaudoise Group.
Kristel Rouiller is 47 years old and has over 20 years of experience in human resources in various national and international companies. She holds an EMBA from IMD Business School, a Master’s in Industrial Psychology from the Universities of Neuchâtel and Bern, and has been Director of Human Resources for a large health insurance company since 2018. She is married and has two children.
Bruno Férolles is 48 years old and has over 20 years of experience in asset management and insurance. He holds a licentiate and a Master’s in Economics from HEC Lausanne and has already worked in the Asset Management Department for the Vaudoise Group from 2013 to 2022, as Deputy Director and member of the Extended Management. Bruno Férolles is married and has two children.

Bruno Férolles will succeed Jacques Marmier, who will retire in 2025 after a career spanning over 35 years in the insurance world. Jacques Marmier began his career with another insurance company in Lausanne before joining Vaudoise in 1996 as Head of Individual Life and joining the extended management team. He has been Director of the Personal Insurance Department since 2012. He will use the period from the end of 2024 to the beginning of 2025 to hand over the department to his successor under the best possible conditions.
