Nidhi Dhanju has been appointed as the new Head of HR at Michelin India, marking a new chapter in her illustrious career in human resources management. Dhanju steps into her new role with an impressive track record of over a decade’s experience in HR leadership positions across several leading firms.
Before joining Michelin India, Nidhi Dhanju served as the Group Chief Human Resource Officer at Praj Industries, where she contributed significantly from October 2021 until February 2024. Her tenure at Praj Industries was marked by strategic HR initiatives that enhanced organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Prior to her stint at Praj Industries, Dhanju was the Chief People Officer at Anchanto for a brief period of four months, further cementing her expertise in managing and leading HR functions. Her extensive experience also includes a pivotal role as Vice President of Corporate HR (Organizational Effectiveness) at Thermax Limited, where she was responsible for the entire spectrum of Corporate HR operations.
Nidhi Dhanju’s career journey reflects her deep commitment to fostering talent development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and comprehensive HR systems. Her role at Thermax Limited as the Head of Learning & Development, and earlier engagements, including a significant tenure at Infosys as Principal Consultant, underscore her proficiency in enhancing human capital for business success.
Nidhi is a Ph.D. and Masters in HRD from University of Minnesota.
