New York, United States, August 2024 – Rachelle Ades has been promoted to the position of Director, Learning & Talent Management at Omnicom Health Group. In her new role, Rachelle will lead initiatives that enhance the development of talent across the organization, ensuring a robust learning environment that supports both individual and organizational growth.
At Omnicom Health Group, Rachelle has been with the organization for over six years, where she has taken on various roles within the Learning and Development department. Prior to her current position, she served as the Associate Director, Learning and Development. In this role, she was responsible for designing and implementing learning programs that aligned with the company’s strategic goals. She also managed a team of specialists and collaborated with senior leadership to address the evolving needs of the workforce.
Before her promotion to Associate Director, Rachelle was the Learning and Development Manager, where she played a key role in the development and execution of training programs that enhanced employee skills and knowledge. Additionally, as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist, she contributed significantly to the creation of customized training initiatives tailored to meet the specific needs of different departments within Omnicom Health Group.
Prior to joining Omnicom Health Group, Rachelle worked at Harrison/Star, where she held roles such as Learning and Development Specialist and Learning and Development Coordinator. During her time at Harrison/Star, she coordinated the scheduling and administration of in-house training courses and supported various learning initiatives that contributed to the overall development of the organization’s employees.
Her earlier career also includes experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Training Program Coordinator, where she was involved in the execution of client training programs and coordinating program logistics. Additionally, she worked at Talentedly as a Training and Development Coordinator, where she conducted research on essential workplace skills and developed online training programs to help college graduates advance in their careers.
