Des Moines, Iowa, United States, August 2024 – Lindsay Perrien has been promoted to the position of Director Talent Acquisition at Farm Bureau Financial Services. In her new role, Lindsay will lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent to support the organization’s growth and success.

Lindsay Perrien has been with Farm Bureau Financial Services for five years, during which she has taken on several key roles within the organization. Before her promotion, Lindsay served as the Sales Performance Manager. In this role, she played a pivotal part in driving sales performance by developing strategies that aligned with the company’s objectives. Prior to this, she was a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where she was responsible for sourcing and securing top talent for various roles within the organization. Lindsay initially joined Farm Bureau Financial Services as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where she excelled in identifying and recruiting individuals who contributed to the company’s success.

Before her time at Farm Bureau Financial Services, Lindsay worked as an IT Recruiter at Hy-Vee, Inc. Here, she specialized in recruiting IT professionals, ensuring the company had the technical talent necessary to achieve its goals. Her expertise in talent acquisition was further honed during her tenure at Van Meter, Inc., where she served as a Recruiting and Sourcing Specialist. In this role, she partnered with leadership to identify and hire top talent, and was responsible for managing the company’s internship program.

Earlier in her career, Lindsay worked at Aerotek as a Technical Recruiter. During her three years at Aerotek, she was instrumental in recruiting skilled professionals for technical positions across various industries. Her experience at Aerotek laid a strong foundation for her career in talent acquisition and recruitment.
