Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2026 — Ankita (Upadhyay) Lal has joined McCormick & Company as Director – Global Workforce Strategy and Organisation Design in the company’s global Organization Effectiveness CoE. In this role, she will contribute to shaping workforce strategy and organisation design to support McCormick’s next phase of growth and transformation.
Prior to joining McCormick & Company, Ankita was associated with HSBC for nearly four years, where she held multiple people consulting and HR leadership roles. She most recently served as People Business Consultant – Group Infrastructure and also led HR consulting for Wealth & Personal Banking and Global Functions in India.
Before HSBC, Ankita spent nearly a decade with PwC as Associate Director – People, Strategy, Products, where she built strong experience across people strategy, workforce planning, organisational transformation, HR consulting, and business-focused talent solutions.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Usha International as Deputy Manager, gaining experience in human resources and business-aligned people practices.
She also completed a summer internship with DLF Pramerica Life Insurance, where she worked on HR policies and process maps.
