Rahul Chaudhary Joins Jabil as Sales Director, Europe

Germany, July 2026 — Jabil has appointed Rahul Chaudhary as Sales Director, Europe. In his new role, he will lead sales initiatives across the European market, supporting Jabil’s continued expansion in advanced manufacturing, engineering services and supply chain solutions, including its growing focus on AI-driven and high-tech industries.

Rahul joins Jabil with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning strategy, sales, operations, engineering and manufacturing across Europe. His career reflects a unique blend of commercial leadership, operational excellence and strategic transformation across global industrial organizations.

Prior to joining Jabil, Rahul served as Strategy & M&A Senior Manager at GF Piping Systems for over two years, where he developed board-approved growth strategies, led post-merger integration initiatives following the company’s largest acquisition, supported commercial M&A due diligence and partnered with global sales teams to accelerate strategic growth.

Earlier, he spent around five years with Hilti Group, progressing through key leadership roles including Regional Sales Manager and Head of Production Unit (Chemical Anchors & Firestop). During this period, he led award-winning sales teams, drove commercial growth, managed large manufacturing operations and delivered major productivity and automation initiatives.

Before Hilti, Rahul built more than five years of international leadership experience with Emerson, where he held the positions of Engineering Manager Europe, OEM Key Accounts Manager, and Strategic Planner as part of the company’s MBA Leadership Program. His responsibilities included developing European growth strategies, leading engineering teams, strengthening OEM partnerships and driving business transformation projects.

Earlier in his career, Rahul served for approximately six years as a Commissioned Officer (Weapons Engineer) with the Royal Navy, leading engineering teams, supporting critical defence systems and managing strategic engineering projects for the United Kingdom’s naval operations.

Rahul Chaudhary holds an MBA from London Business School, completed between 2011 and 2013.
