London, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Andrew Constable has taken on the role of Global Head of Talent Management, Culture & Engagement at Sitecore, a leader in digital experience software. In this position, Andrew will drive talent strategies, enhance organizational culture, and boost employee engagement to align with Sitecore’s mission of empowering brands through innovative customer experiences.
Before joining Sitecore, Andrew served as Interim Head of Talent Development at Houseful, leading talent initiatives to strengthen capabilities across all levels within the organization. Over his 10-month tenure, he managed impactful leadership and talent programs while contributing to organizational growth.

Earlier, Andrew was a Vice President, Global Learning & Development at Brown-Forman, one of the top global spirits companies. For two years, he collaborated with executive leaders to enhance workforce development and foster an engaging, high-performing environment. Prior to this, he held the role of Vice President, Global People & Organizational Development at the same company, where he drove strategic people initiatives across global teams for over three years.
Andrew’s professional background also includes his role as Global Head of Talent & Leadership at Travelex, where he established talent management functions and leadership development programs to align with the organization’s strategic goals. His earlier experiences at Kellogg Company and The Co-operative Bank plc showcase his expertise in organizational development, leadership training, and employee engagement.
