Prior to her new role at Virtua, Anna D. served as Senior Executive, Global Talent Acquisition at Abbott for nine months. In this role, she spearheaded executive hiring across EMEA and LATAM, successfully managing senior leadership recruitment and consistently exceeding targets through innovative sourcing techniques.

Before Abbott, she held the position of Global Talent Attraction Manager at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) for over three years. Anna was instrumental in implementing global recruitment strategies and overseeing large-scale hiring projects, managing a team of 22 recruiters and external partners. Her leadership led to significant improvements in productivity, engagement, and diversity.

Her earlier experience includes a tenure as Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Dexcom, where she developed talent acquisition strategies for APAC and the Americas, achieving an impressive recruitment volume within a short span. Additionally, Anna has held key roles at Qualfon and SYKES, where she led talent acquisition efforts and successfully managed client relationships across multiple regions.
