San Francisco, California, United States, November 2024 – Jessica Stutes has joined Zendesk as the new Global Head of Talent Acquisition. In her new role, Jessica will lead the Global Talent team, driving innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent and support Zendesk’s mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences worldwide.
Jessica brings over a decade of expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership. Most recently, she served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Confluent, where she led Americas Talent Acquisition teams for the data streaming leader, focusing on building agile, high-performing teams.
Prior to Confluent, Jessica held a pivotal role at Meta, where she oversaw a team of 100 recruiting professionals as Senior Leader, Talent Acquisition – Engineering. Her efforts were instrumental in sourcing top technical talent for cutting-edge engineering projects.
Jessica also spent over a decade at VMware, where she advanced through various leadership roles, including Director, Global Talent Acquisition. Her responsibilities spanned engineering, GTM, and G&A recruitment, where she drove diversity and inclusion initiatives, implemented strategic hiring processes, and delivered data-driven solutions.
Earlier in her career, Jessica honed her expertise in recruitment at TEKsystems, where she focused on technical talent sourcing and staffing solutions.
