Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 — Rachit Mishra has taken on the role of Head – Brand & Digital Communications at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India). In this role, he will lead the company’s brand and digital communications agenda, focused on strengthening trust, signaling strategic intent, and building long-term brand equity across channels and signature platforms in line with AM/NS India’s growth ambitions.
Prior to joining ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, Rachit Mishra served as Head – Brand Marketing & Communications at CJ Darcl Logistics Ltd., where he led integrated brand strategy and enterprise communications for a national logistics organization. He partnered closely with leadership to translate business priorities into clear market positioning, built a high-performing marketing function, and enhanced brand recall across competitive stakeholder ecosystems.
Earlier, he worked with Ford Motor Company in the International Markets Group, contributing to revenue and yield management initiatives supporting brand positioning and go-to-market strategies across global markets. He also spent nearly a decade with CNH, leading brand marketing and communications across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, India, and SAARC, driving regional brand alignment and product launch frameworks. His early career includes roles at International School of Business & Media, Xerox, and INMAS – Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), building a strong foundation in communications, strategy, and structured problem-solving.
