Mumbai, India, June 2024 – Radhika Tomar has taken on the role of HR Director India & SEA at Bacardi. In her new position, Radhika will be leading Bacardi’s HR initiatives across India and Southeast Asia, bringing her extensive experience in human resources to the company.
Radhika Tomar joins Bacardi after a notable tenure at Kimberly-Clark. She served as the HR Director India & Global Talent Management Director (Interim) and HR Director, India & APAC IE&D Leader, where she was instrumental in driving HR strategies and talent management across the region.
Prior to her time at Kimberly-Clark, Radhika was with Dyson for over four years, where she held multiple leadership roles. As the Global Head of Learning & Development and Early Careers, she led talent development initiatives worldwide. She also served as the Regional Head of Talent and Development APAC and Head of HR, South East Asia and India, leading strategic and operational HR functions, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design.
Before joining Dyson, Radhika was the HR Lead for the Enterprise and Services Businesses at Microsoft, where she managed HR operations and strategies for key business units.
Her career also includes significant roles at McKinsey & Company as a Practice Specialist – Organization Practice, and Aon Hewitt as a Project Manager, where she managed large assignments in leadership development and talent management.
