Hyderabad, Telangana, India, February 2026 – Sukanth Komati has started a new position as Director of People & Culture at Allshore Technologies, marking the next step in his evolving HR leadership journey. In this role, he will lead people strategy, talent development, and culture initiatives aligned with the company’s growth and engineering-driven vision.
Sukanth transitions into this position after serving as Vice President Talent Acquisition & HR at Allshore Technologies, where he led talent management, workforce planning, and HR strategy initiatives during a critical phase of organizational expansion. Prior to that, he held the role of Human Resources Lead, strengthening foundational HR processes and supporting leadership in scaling operations.
Alongside his corporate journey, Sukanth is also Co-Founder of CHERUB BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, where he has been engaged in building people-centric business solutions for nearly a decade. His earlier experience includes serving as Recruitment Lead at Intone, where he focused on workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives, and as Human Resources Specialist at Intone Networks, gaining hands-on expertise in HR operations and talent acquisition.
He began his HR career at TMI Network as an HR Executive, building strong foundations in recruitment and people operations. Sukanth holds an MBA in Human Resources from CMR Group of Institutions, further strengthening his academic grounding in HR strategy and management.
