Zurich, Zurich, Switzerland, February 2026 —Agnes Bade has started a new position as VP Head Group AI & Digital Law at The Adecco Group. In this expanded leadership role, she drives global legal AI governance initiatives to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards, with a particular focus on digital regulations and Cyber AI. She also manages a global team overseeing the enterprise-wide implementation of the EU AI Act and other AI regulations, collaborating cross-functionally to embed responsible and innovative AI solutions across the organization.
Prior to this appointment, Agnes served as Global Head AI & Tech Law, ITD Legal Business Partner at The Adecco Group, where she led the global implementation and harmonisation of AI regulations and ethics frameworks. Her role focused on Responsible AI governance, legal innovation and transformation, IT procurement legal strategy, and third-party risk management. As the IT & Digital Single Point of Contact for legal strategy and AI governance, she partnered closely with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders across the Group.
Earlier, she worked as Senior Corporate Legal Counsel / Mediator within the Group’s Data Protection & Privacy, AI & Tech Law Office, leading global privacy compliance, AI law implementation, digital technology assessments, and international SaaS contract negotiations. Her experience also includes roles as Legal Counsel at Ingenico and IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG, as well as earlier positions within The Adecco Group’s legal function in Germany.
With deep expertise in AI law, data protection, digital transformation and legal innovation, Agnes’s appointment reflects The Adecco Group’s continued commitment to responsible AI governance and future-ready digital leadership.
