Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines, May 2025 – Rain Acuesta has been appointed as Director – Shared Services Talent Acquisition at Access Healthcare, a leading provider of Revenue Cycle Management solutions. In this role, Rain is responsible for driving talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, recruitment operations, and compliance for the company’s shared services arm. He plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s workforce to support high-volume healthcare roles across global markets, with a strong focus on clinical and non-clinical functions.
Rain brings with him over a decade of extensive recruitment experience across healthcare BPO, shared services, and technical domains. Prior to joining Access Healthcare, he served as Senior Recruitment Manager and earlier Recruitment Manager at Tenet Healthcare, where he was instrumental in supporting multiple business functions, streamlining talent operations, and enhancing the employer brand across the Philippines.
Before his tenure at Tenet Healthcare, Rain worked as Recruiting Client Manager (US Shared Services) at FAVIRSS based in Austin, Texas. In this role, he managed end-to-end recruitment lifecycle services and partnered closely with clients to design sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure exceptional hiring outcomes.
Earlier, he held various leadership roles in recruitment at Altisource, APD, and PSG Global Solutions, where he consistently drove improvements in hiring operations, vendor engagement, and candidate experience. His earlier roles at NCO/RMH Teleservices Asia Pacific Inc. also included responsibilities in coaching and team supervision, laying the foundation for his people-centric leadership approach.
Rain’s talent strategy expertise is complemented by certifications from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and his skills span strategic sourcing, compliance, HR service delivery, and organizational effectiveness.
