Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2026 — Rajat Jain has been appointed as President – Sales & Marketing at Conscient Infrastructure Private Limited. With over two decades of experience in the real estate sector, he brings deep expertise in scaling large portfolios, leading high-impact launches, and driving sustained revenue growth. Joining Conscient at a defining stage of its expansion, he will lead overall sales and marketing strategy, strengthen and scale the sales organization, and oversee end-to-end execution for ongoing projects and new launches.
Prior to this appointment, Rajat Jain served as Vice President – Sales & Marketing at Adani Realty, where he was part of the leadership team driving market expansion and business performance across key regions. During his tenure, he completed the Adani Group’s senior leadership development program Fulcrum, a one-year executive program supervised by Gautam Adani and designed by Raghu Raman and Ram Charan, while significantly exceeding annual revenue targets.
Earlier, he spent nearly eight years with Conscient Infrastructure Private Limited as Vice President Sales & Marketing, playing a key role in expanding the company’s sales footprint. His previous experience also includes leadership roles at M3M India Ltd., Unitech Realty Investors (India) Private Limited, and Tech Estate Private Limited, where he developed strong capabilities in luxury project sales, investor relations, and project management.
Rajat Jain holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, adding global business perspective to his extensive industry experience.
