New Delhi, India, December 2024 – Rajat Seth has been promoted to Senior Vice President – HR at ELAN GROUP, marking a significant milestone in his career. With his exceptional leadership and dedication, Rajat has played a pivotal role in driving the HR strategy and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. His journey at ELAN GROUP, which began two years ago, has been marked by impactful contributions that have strengthened the company’s HR framework and strategic initiatives.
Rajat joined ELAN GROUP as Vice President – HR in 2022, where he spearheaded initiatives to optimize HR functions, enhance talent acquisition, and build a resilient organizational structure.
Before his tenure at ELAN GROUP, Rajat served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Cherry Hill Interiors, where he led HR transformations and strategic HR planning over nearly five years. His career at Cherry Hill Interiors included roles as General Manager – HR and Assistant General Manager – HR, where he demonstrated excellence in HR strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to this, Rajat worked with Imperia Structures Ltd as Head HR, where he was instrumental in driving HR policies and practices that enhanced employee engagement and operational efficiency. His career also includes leadership roles in recruitment and HR at organizations in the warehousing and construction industries, as well as notable contributions at DLF Limited as Deputy Manager HR, where he supported large-scale HR operations and strategic initiatives.
