With over 24 years of proven leadership across commercial operations, logistics strategy, and supply chain excellence, Rajendra brings strategic vision and operational depth to lead the organization’s next phase of growth and expansion.
In his new role, Rajendra will oversee KLL’s end-to-end logistics operations, driving efficiency, scalability, and customer-centric performance across its national network. His extensive expertise in developing high-performance logistics frameworks and optimizing distribution systems will play a pivotal role in strengthening KLL’s leadership position as India’s largest C&F operator in the cement industry, managing over 60 warehouses and handling 1.5 million tonnes of cement annually.
Before joining Kaushalya Logistics Limited, Rajendra held key leadership roles at JK Cement, Wonder Cement, Shree Cement, Lafarge Holcim (ACC & Ambuja Cement), and Ultratech Cement. His tenure across these leading organizations saw him transform logistics operations through freight optimization, depot restructuring, and multi-modal transport design, achieving significant operational savings and improved service delivery.
Rajendra’s deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain management, combined with his proven ability to drive cost efficiencies and operational agility, positions him as a strategic leader to drive KLL’s continued expansion and innovation in the logistics and infrastructure sectors.
