Bangalore, Karnataka, India, August 2024 – Rajesh Kini has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Perfios, a leading fintech software-as-a-service (SaaS) firm. In this role, Rajesh will lead the financial strategy and operations, driving Perfios’ growth and expansion as the company continues to strengthen its position in the fintech industry following its recent achievement of becoming a unicorn.
Rajesh brings a wealth of experience to Perfios, having previously served as Vice President and Global Head of Corporate Accounts and Finance Operations at Infosys for over 8 months. In this role, he led corporate finance operations and played a key role in the financial management of Infosys’ product division, contributing to the company’s financial stability and growth.
Before his tenure at Infosys, Rajesh was the Chief Financial Officer at EdgeVerve for approximately 5 years, where he oversaw financial analysis and insurance, driving the financial strategies that supported EdgeVerve’s business objectives and growth.
Earlier in his career, Rajesh held multiple senior finance roles at Infosys for about 12 years, including Associate Vice President of Finance and Senior Principal in Corporate Accounting. His contributions were instrumental in enhancing financial operations and ensuring robust financial reporting and compliance across the organization.
Perfios Software Solutions is India’s largest SaaS-based B2B fintech software company, empowering over 1,000 financial institutions to make informed decisions in real-time. Based in Bangalore, Perfios specializes in real-time credit decisioning, analytics, onboarding automation, due diligence, and monitoring.
