Mehul Bhati Appointed as Head HR – India at iD Fresh Food

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 – iD Fresh Food has appointed Mehul Bhati as Head HR – India, marking a significant leadership addition as the company strengthens its people strategy and organisational capability across its rapidly expanding national and international operations. In this role, Mehul will lead HR strategy, talent development, organisational effectiveness and culture-building initiatives to support iD Fresh Food’s next phase of growth.

Mehul Bhati joins iD Fresh Food after a distinguished career of over nine years with Marico Limited, where he progressed across diverse HR leadership roles spanning digital business, organisational development, manufacturing HR, corporate sales HR and talent acquisition. Most recently, he served as Head HR – Digital Business, leading people strategy for Marico’s fast-growing digital ventures while strengthening HR analytics, capability building and workforce transformation.

Earlier at Marico, he worked as Organisational Development Manager, driving leadership development, organisation design and capability frameworks, and as Plant Human Resources Manager, where he led manufacturing HR operations, workforce engagement and industrial relations at the plant level. His career at Marico also included impactful roles as HRBP – Corporate Sales, Talent Acquisition Manager, Divisional Sales HR Manager and Management Trainee, reflecting deep exposure to frontline sales HR, corporate HR and enterprise talent strategies.

Prior to Marico, Mehul began his professional journey with Infosys as a System Engineer, gaining foundational experience in technology-led organisations. He holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, bringing strong academic grounding to his people leadership career.
