Pune & Noida, India, July 2025 — Rajiv Naithani has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Persistent Systems, effective 1 August 2025. The appointment marks a pivotal step in the company’s ongoing focus on strategic talent transformation and future-ready workforce development. Rajiv will be responsible for driving AI-integrated people practices and building a high-performance, values-led organizational culture to support Persistent’s long-term growth and innovation trajectory.
Rajiv joined Persistent Systems in February 2025 as Senior Vice President – HR & Organisational Development, where he led several initiatives to strengthen talent development and leadership alignment. Prior to this, he served as Chief People Officer at Infogain, overseeing global HR operations for more than five years and spearheading organizational transformation initiatives. He also served as Director HR for Dassault Systèmes India, where he led end-to-end human resources and corporate communication functions for R&D and services operations.
Earlier in his career, Rajiv spent nearly nine years at GlobalLogic, rising through various HR leadership roles, including Associate Vice President, HR, where he led organization-wide initiatives across learning and development, people strategy, and culture. His foundational HR experiences were shaped at organizations such as HCLTech and IGT Solutions, further strengthening his people-first leadership philosophy.
This leadership change was officially announced by Persistent Systems via a stock exchange filing, in accordance with SEBI’s corporate governance norms. Rajiv’s appointment is seen as a strategic move to scale Persistent’s global talent agenda, aligning with its reputation for cutting-edge digital engineering and sustained growth.
