Pune, Maharashtra, India, February 2025 – Rajiv Naithani has been appointed as Senior Vice President – HR & OD at Persistent Systems, where he will play a crucial role in driving HR transformation, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. With a wealth of experience in HR strategy, organizational development, and business transformation, Rajiv will contribute to strengthening Persistent Systems’ leadership bandwidth, as highlighted by Yogesh Patgaonkar, Chief People Officer at Persistent Systems.
Rajiv joins Persistent Systems after a tenure of over seven years at Infogain, where he most recently served as Chief People Officer. In this role, he was instrumental in shaping global HR strategies, talent management, and workforce transformation, supporting the company’s rapid growth and cultural integration across multiple regions.

Before Infogain, Rajiv was the Director HR (India) at Dassault Systèmes, leading HR strategy, corporate communication, and leadership development for R&D and services businesses in India. His expertise in organizational development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement played a key role in enhancing business performance.
Earlier in his career, Rajiv spent over eight years at GlobalLogic, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Associate Vice President, Director HR, and Sr. Manager – People Development. He was responsible for HR leadership, business partnering, learning & development, and compensation strategy across the organization.
With his strategic mindset, extensive HR leadership experience, and expertise in digital transformation, Rajiv Naithani is set to drive Persistent Systems’ HR & Organizational Development initiatives, further strengthening the company’s position as a leading AI-led, platform-driven digital engineering firm.
