Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Rajiv Singh Bhadoria has been appointed as Chief Operations Officer at Kshema General Insurance Limited. In his new role, he will lead operations to optimize processes, strengthen organizational efficiency, and drive strategic growth, leveraging his extensive experience in India’s insurance industry.
Rajiv Singh Bhadoria brings over two decades of experience in insurance leadership. He spent more than 17 years at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, where he rose through senior leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Head of CDA, a role in which he focused on business transformation and operational leadership. Previously, as Head of Agency, he successfully strengthened distribution networks and agency operations, and as Zonal Business Head, he led strategy and execution for the East Zone, driving business expansion and performance.
Earlier in his career, Rajiv worked at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as Head – East, where he headed the tied agency business for the East Zone. His efforts were pivotal in scaling regional operations, enhancing customer outreach, and building sustainable growth models within the competitive insurance sector.
Rajiv holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, equipping him with strong leadership, strategic, and operational expertise.
