Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, United States, June 2024 – Quaker Houghton is excited to announce that Daniel Hoffmaster has joined the company as the new VP, Talent & Organizational Capability. Bringing extensive experience in global talent management and organizational development, Daniel will be instrumental in leading and enhancing Quaker Houghton’s talent acquisition and development strategies.
Daniel Hoffmaster joins Quaker Houghton from TE Connectivity, where he had a notable tenure of approximately 9 years and 8 months. Most recently, he served as Director Organizational Effectiveness & Segment Talent Lead for about 1 year and 9 months, overseeing organizational effectiveness and talent management initiatives. Prior to this role, Daniel was the Director, Talent Management Processes, Operations & PMO for roughly 4 years and 6 months, leading a global team responsible for talent program design and delivery, and various talent processes.
Earlier at TE Connectivity, Daniel was the Sr. Program Manager, Customer Experience for about 1 year and 4 months, where he drove the company’s Extraordinary Customer Experience culture. He also served as Sr. Manager, Global Learning Systems & Online Learning for around 2 years and 4 months, responsible for all global learning systems and technologies supporting over 50 countries.
Prior to his extensive career at TE Connectivity, Daniel worked at Weight Watchers as the Sr. Manager, Global Learning Technology & Operations for approximately 2 years and 6 months. In this role, he executed a blended learning approach and led multiple compliance training initiatives.
