Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2025 – Rajnish Damani has joined Healthium Medtech Limited as Group Chief Operating Officer, where he will lead operations across manufacturing, quality, and enterprise excellence for the growing medtech company with a global footprint. His appointment comes at a time when Healthium is scaling both innovation and reach, with a presence in over 90 countries.
Prior to joining Healthium, Rajnish served at Bridgestone India for over 3 years, most recently as Executive Director – Manufacturing Operations, where he oversaw end-to-end operations, enterprise quality, and sustainability initiatives across India. He was also responsible for strategic leadership across planning, procurement, and quality functions.
Before Bridgestone, Rajnish spent close to 4 years at Cummins India, holding multiple leadership roles including Director – Operations for Engine and Components Business Units. He was responsible for leading manufacturing and supply chain functions for a business worth INR 10,000 crore, with seven advanced facilities across India and over 4,000 employees.
Earlier in his career, Rajnish spent nearly 10 years with GE, serving in critical roles such as Director – Manufacturing at GE’s Multi-Modal Manufacturing Facility and Director – Sourcing for GE India. He led complex operations supporting multiple GE businesses including Renewables, Aviation, and Oil & Gas, and was instrumental in implementing lean and digital factory systems.
Rajnish began his career at Hindustan Motors and later spent over 9 years with GE Healthcare, steadily rising through operations and sourcing leadership positions. His deep expertise in manufacturing excellence, people development, and global sourcing has been built over more than 30 years in industrial and healthcare sectors.
