Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 – Rajshri Divakaran has joined Sycamore Informatics Inc. as Head of Talent Acquisition, marking a significant milestone in her career. In her new role, Rajshri will spearhead strategic recruitment initiatives to build high-performing teams that support the company’s innovation and growth goals in the clinical trial data management sector.
Rajshri brings nearly two decades of diverse experience in talent acquisition and HR leadership. Before joining Sycamore Informatics Inc., she served as Head of Talent Acquisition & Processes at ReDefine, where she led strategic hiring initiatives across Prime Focus divisions, including DNEG Stereo. Her tenure at L&T-SuFin saw her laying the groundwork for talent acquisition operations across India, strengthening the organization’s recruitment strategies.

Previously, Rajshri held key leadership positions at WhiteHat Jr and Swiggy, where she drove leadership hiring and regional talent acquisition strategies. Her career also includes impactful stints at Ola, where she managed senior-level hiring, and TaxiForSure.com, where she contributed to corporate leadership hiring and employee referral programs.
Earlier in her career, Rajshri gained global exposure as Assistant Manager – HRD at Torry Harris Business Solutions, overseeing talent acquisition across regions including India, the UK, and MEA. She also honed her expertise in managing global accounts during her tenure with ManpowerGroup.
