Rakesh has been an integral part of HSBC for over four years, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President – HR Advisory, where he played a pivotal role in business transformation and advisory services. His tenure at HSBC has been marked by his dedication to advancing employee relations and contributing to the organization’s success.
Before HSBC, Rakesh served as a Human Resources Consultant at 50K Ventures, where he provided workforce management strategies and HR solutions. He also held the role of Human Resources Director at Randstad Offshore Services, leading efforts to optimize HR operations and enhance employee engagement.
Rakesh’s earlier career includes significant contributions at Sutherland as Senior Manager (Geo HR) and at KPMG as Assistant Manager, where he gained expertise in advisory HR functions. He began his HR journey at Deloitte as an Analyst specializing in campus recruitment and talent acquisition.
