Miami, Florida, United States, January 2025 – Patty Paredes has been named the Vice President of People & Culture, Caribbean and LATAM at Ennismore, further strengthening the company’s commitment to cultivating an inclusive and dynamic work environment. In her new role, Patty will lead HR strategies, drive cultural transformation, and oversee people operations across the Caribbean and Latin America, aligning with Ennismore’s vision of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Patty brings over a decade of HR leadership experience to her new role. She has been with Ennismore since October 2021, previously serving as Regional Vice President of People & Culture and Regional Director of People & Culture, Miami and Bahamas. During her tenure, Patty has been instrumental in implementing HR best practices, enhancing employee engagement, and driving operational efficiency across key regions.
Before joining Ennismore, Patty held pivotal roles at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, including Regional Human Resources Director and Complex Director of Human Resources, where she excelled in building robust HR frameworks and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Earlier in her career, Patty gained valuable experience at leading hospitality brands, including Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa and Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, where she directed HR operations and developed innovative training and development programs.
