Amman, Jordan, October 2025 – ARMADA Group Oil, Chemicals and Power, a leading EPC and trading group operating across the Middle East and Iraq’s oil, chemicals, and power sectors, has announced the appointment of Rami Abdulraheem as its new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this strategic leadership role, Rami will oversee the Group’s financial planning, treasury management, governance, and investment strategy, strengthening its financial foundation as it continues its regional expansion and diversification.
With nearly two decades of progressive experience in finance, investment, and governance, Rami Abdulraheem brings a wealth of expertise in financial management, performance optimization, and strategic advisory across diversified industries.
Before joining ARMADA Group, Rami served as Financial Advisor and Board Member at Adpro& Group and Adpro& OMD, where he played a key role in shaping financial policy, overseeing investment decisions, and ensuring sustainable business growth. His leadership contributed to strong financial governance and strategic portfolio management for over four years.
Prior to that, Rami spent more than 13 years at Almyda Investment Consultant, where he managed the financial operations of the company and its affiliates, including joint ventures and private equity projects. He developed and implemented internal controls, supervised financial reporting and compliance, managed treasury and liquidity operations, and built financial models to assess project feasibility and optimize investment returns.
Earlier in his career, Rami held multiple financial roles at TNT Express, where he rose through the ranks from Financial Accountant to Chief Accountant, leading financial reporting, taxation, payroll, and management accounting functions. His contributions included implementing cost control mechanisms, enhancing financial accuracy, and improving compliance standards across regional operations.
Rami has also served as a Board Member at Yarmouk University / Hijjawi College, offering strategic financial guidance and institutional governance support in higher education. His diverse career demonstrates his strength in aligning financial strategies with organizational growth across both corporate and advisory environments.
