Los Angeles, California, United States, October 2025 – NantHealth, a member of the NantWorks ecosystem and a leading provider of enterprise data solutions for healthcare and life sciences, has announced the appointment of Sken Huang as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Sken will oversee the company’s global financial operations, strategic planning, and performance management as NantHealth continues to drive innovation in transforming complex data into actionable insights across industries.
With more than 25 years of financial and strategic leadership experience, Sken Huang brings a distinguished record of driving operational excellence, profitability, and growth across healthcare, manufacturing, and technology sectors.
Before joining NantHealth, Sken served as Chief Financial Officer at Tireco, Inc., where he led a transformative financial strategy that increased profitability by more than 10% through capital structure optimization, cost management, and digital transformation. He also oversaw a successful M&A initiative that expanded company revenues and delivered multi-million-dollar synergy benefits post-integration.
Prior to Tireco, Sken held several senior leadership roles over a 14-year tenure with KARL STORZ North America, where he advanced from Assistant Controller to Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, he led finance, accounting, treasury, compliance, and enterprise risk management for the organization. He played a key role in overseeing medical education grants, value delivery, and business continuity, while also serving as an executive committee member and board officer for multiple affiliated companies within the KARL STORZ group.
Earlier in his career, Sken gained valuable experience in investment and market analysis through roles as Investment Research Associate at Citi and Senior Research Associate at Wedbush Morgan Securities, where he specialized in evaluating corporate strategy, competitive positioning, and valuation for Fortune 500 retail companies. He began his professional journey at The Clorox Company as a Senior Business Analyst, where he was part of a cross-functional team that helped launch new products and drive over $50 million in incremental revenue.
Beyond his corporate leadership roles, Sken serves as a Board Member for Sing in Chinese Preschool & Language Learning App for Children, contributing to the organization’s governance, financial oversight, and strategic development. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, further reinforcing his strong analytical and strategic acumen.
