Delhi, India, April 2025 – Ranika Rajvanshi has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at RAH Infotech, one of India’s fastest growing value-added IT distributors. In her new role, she will lead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across RAH’s expansive presence in India and international markets.
Prior to joining RAH Infotech, Ranika served as Associate Director – HR at Sify Technologies Limited for nearly six years, where she played a pivotal role in driving workforce strategies and organizational alignment. She successfully led leadership hiring for senior-level roles, implemented robust performance management frameworks, and championed engagement initiatives to boost employee well-being and productivity.
Earlier, Ranika spent nearly 13 years at HCL Infosystems Ltd where she held various HR Business Partner roles. During her tenure, she led strategic initiatives across talent management, competency mapping, change management, and learning and development. Her early HR consulting roles at NetEdge Computing Solutions and HR Advisory Pvt. Ltd. gave her deep insights into HR operations and client-specific workforce planning, setting the stage for her future leadership.
