Hyderabad, Telangana, India, February 2025 – NCC Limited has announced the appointment of Ranjan Kumar as Vice President Human Resources. In this role, he will lead people strategy, organizational growth, and transformation, working closely with business leadership to build HR capabilities, streamline processes, and drive synergies for NCC’s continued expansion.
Prior to joining NCC, Ranjan Kumar was Managing Partner & Consulting CHRO at PeopleNorth Pvt. Ltd. for over seven years, where he specialized in capability building, leadership hiring, and organizational transformation. Before that, he served as Associate Vice President – Corporate HR at VARROC, leading talent acquisition, organization development, and total rewards strategy.
Earlier in his career, he was General Manager – Human Resources at Sterlite Technologies Limited, where he led HR and administration functions across multiple manufacturing units and global sales operations. He also held leadership positions at Jubilant Industries Ltd. and General Motors India, where he played a key role in talent strategy, leadership development, and employee relations.
Ranjan began his career at Lupin Limited, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and training programs. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.
