Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2024 – Ranju Thomas has stepped into the role of Head of Talent Acquisition & Mobility, India at Teva Pharmaceuticals, bringing extensive experience in driving talent acquisition excellence across the biopharmaceutical and life sciences industries. In this position, Ranju will lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives, foster mobility solutions, and contribute to aligning talent strategies with Teva’s mission of improving lives through innovative medicines.
Before joining Teva Pharmaceuticals, Ranju served as the Global Talent Acquisition Senior Director at Biocon Biologics, where he led strategic recruitment efforts, built high-performing teams, and aligned talent acquisition with business objectives in the biopharmaceutical industry. With over 18 years of experience, Ranju played a pivotal role in acquiring top-tier talent and enhancing employer branding.

Previously, Ranju was a Global Talent Acquisition Strategist at IQVIA, orchestrating a comprehensive recruiting strategy in India. His leadership included talent engagement, pipeline initiatives, and mentoring staffing teams to build a world-class recruitment function.
Ranju also held the position of Talent Acquisition Associate Manager at Accenture, where he optimized recruitment channels, improved employer branding, and led Six Sigma initiatives to enhance hiring efficiency. His tenure highlighted agility in crisis management and alignment of recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Earlier in his career, Ranju honed customer service and quality excellence skills at America Online Private Ltd and Convergys India Ltd, bringing a focus on enhancing operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
