Hyderabad, Telangana, India, January 2026 — Ranvijay Lamba has stepped into the role of President, People & Global Operations at Arcesium, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished leadership journey with the organization. In this expanded mandate, he will oversee the global people strategy and operational excellence agenda, further strengthening Arcesium’s position as a leading global financial technology powerhouse.
Having been associated with Arcesium for over a decade, Ranvijay most recently served as MD & Country Head, India & Portugal, where he led large-scale operations, talent growth, and strategic expansion across geographies. Prior to that, he served as MD & Country Head, India, playing a pivotal role in scaling India into a critical global delivery and innovation hub for the company.
Before joining Arcesium, Ranvijay built a strong foundation at The D. E. Shaw Group, where he held multiple technology leadership roles over a 15-year tenure, including Director – Technology, Associate Director – Technology, and Project Leader – Technology. His work spanned complex technology initiatives, global delivery leadership, and strategic transformation programs.
In addition to his corporate leadership roles, he has contributed actively to industry and policy forums. He currently serves as Member – National Executive Board & Chairman – AMCHAM Hyderabad at AMCHAM India, supporting U.S.–India trade and investment initiatives. He has also served as a Board Member at TiE Hyderabad, strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Ranvijay holds an Executive Program in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, further reinforcing his strong blend of technology depth and business leadership acumen.
