Madrid, Spain, November 2025 — Dedalus Group has announced the appointment of Raquel Podadera Rodríguez as Global Chief Marketing Officer – Group Head of Marketing & Communications, marking a significant milestone in her nearly two-decade-long career in healthcare technology marketing and communications.
In her new global leadership role, Raquel will spearhead Dedalus’ worldwide marketing, brand strategy, and corporate communications, driving integrated initiatives that strengthen the company’s position as a leader in digital healthcare transformation. She will oversee global brand alignment, strategic communications, and market engagement across all regions, ensuring Dedalus’ voice continues to inspire trust, innovation, and patient-centered impact.
Raquel has been with Dedalus since 2021, most recently serving as Regional Marketing and Communications Lead for Iberia, where she led marketing strategy and regional communications for healthcare technology, digital health, and life sciences solutions. Her leadership played a crucial role in amplifying Dedalus’ market presence across Southern Europe, fostering thought leadership, and aligning marketing programs with corporate and regional business goals.
Before joining Dedalus, Raquel built a distinguished career at DXC Technology and CSC, where she led global healthcare and life sciences marketing initiatives. Her work involved global product launches, strategic brand positioning, and cross-regional communications spanning Europe and Latin America. Earlier in her career, at iSOFT, she managed marketing and communication for Southern Europe and Latin America, laying a strong foundation in healthcare IT communications and brand storytelling.
Beyond her corporate roles, Raquel has been actively engaged in the broader marketing community. She served for over a decade as a Board Member of Club de Marketing Málaga and as a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at ESESA Escuela Superior de Estudios de Empresa, mentoring emerging professionals in marketing strategy, digital communications, and organizational branding.
Her appointment as Global CMO reflects Dedalus’ commitment to strengthening its global marketing leadership, reinforcing its mission to transform healthcare through digital innovation and connected care ecosystems.
