New York, United States, October 2025 — Savvy Wealth has announced the appointment of Rasika Rajagopalan as Vice President of People & Talent, joining the company’s leadership team to shape its culture and talent strategy as it scales its digital-first platform transforming wealth management.
Rasika brings a wealth of global HR leadership experience, most recently serving as Vice President of People and Talent at Pacaso, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the organization from 20 to 350 employees across 18 months during a period of rapid growth. In her leadership capacity, she oversaw talent acquisition, people experience, operations, and business partnerships while advising the CEO and Board on people strategy and cultural transformation.
In addition to Pacaso, Rasika has contributed to organizations such as Curology as Director of HR Business Partners, where she expanded product-line workforce support and pioneered diversity and belonging programs, and Salsify, where she established manager development frameworks and scaled HR initiatives during high-growth phases. Her earlier career includes impactful HR leadership roles at SmartBear, HubSpot, and clinical research work at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, as well as research assistantship at North Carolina State University and National Institutes of Health.
Beyond her corporate roles, Rasika actively advises the future of People and HR technology. She serves as an Advisor to Kindred Minds Advisory Board, StartupExperts, and PeopleTech Partners, and is also a member of CPOHQ by Knoetic, sharing her expertise to help accelerate HR innovation globally.
