Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia, August 2024 – Ratih Purnama Sari has been promoted to the role of Head of Human Capital & General Affairs at JHL Group, a recognition of her significant contributions and leadership within the organization. In her new role, Ratih will oversee the strategic direction of human capital management and general affairs, ensuring alignment with JHL Group’s growth objectives and organizational culture.
Prior to this promotion, Ratih served as the Human Capital & General Affairs Manager at JHL Group for over two years, where she was instrumental in streamlining HR processes, enhancing employee engagement, and driving strategic HR initiatives.
Before joining JHL Group, Ratih was the Human Resources Manager at Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya, where she managed comprehensive HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and payroll administration, contributing to a more efficient HR operation.
Earlier in her career, Ratih held the position of Human Resources Manager at Swiss-Belinn Kemayoran Jakarta. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing all HR operations and payroll activities, ensuring a cohesive HR structure within the organization.
Ratih’s journey in human resources began at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts as a Payroll Master and later as an Assistant Human Resources Manager, where she gained extensive experience in payroll management and HR administration, laying the foundation for her leadership roles in HR.
