Jakarta, Indonesia, September 2024 – Ratri Vibhuti has been appointed as the Head of Human Capital at MAKA Motors, an innovative electric vehicle startup focused on delivering high-performance electric motorcycles tailored to the Indonesian market. In her new role, Ratri will lead the company’s human resources strategy, driving talent acquisition, development, and engagement to support MAKA Motors’ mission of pioneering electric mobility in Indonesia.
Before joining MAKA Motors, Ratri Vibhuti served as the Head of Human Resources at Sunday from December 2023 to August 2024, where she was instrumental in restructuring HR policies and aligning them with the company’s strategic goals. Her leadership was key in navigating the organization through a significant transformation phase.
Prior to that, Ratri held the position of AVP HR – Indonesia & MENA at PT Rebel GoFood Indonesia, where she managed HR operations across multiple regions, including Indonesia and the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), for over four years. She played a pivotal role in talent management and organizational development, contributing to the company’s rapid expansion.
Earlier in her career, Ratri was a Talent and Organization Management Consultant at Accenture. During her tenure, she provided strategic HR consulting services, focusing on change management, organizational design, and HR merger and acquisition due diligence.
