Before this promotion, Raunak Ganderwal served as Deputy Director Human Resources at O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU). Prior to that, he was associated with GUS Global Services India Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant Director – Talent Acquisition (UPES, Dehradun). He had also previously held multiple HR leadership roles at O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU), including Deputy General Manager Human Resources, Assistant General Manager Human Resources, Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition / Talent Management, and Manager – Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. These roles reflect a strong and sustained progression across the HR function within the higher education ecosystem.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Kellton Tech Solutions Limited as Manager – Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) and with Aequor Technologies as Assistant Manager Recruitment. Prior to that, he was associated with M R Services as Sr. IT Recruiter. Together, these assignments helped build a solid foundation in recruitment, talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and people leadership.
