Before joining Capri Global Capital Ltd., Ravi Kiran Golagani was with Kotak Mahindra Bank as Deputy Vice President – Human Resources, where he played a key role in HR business partnering, workforce planning, and leadership hiring. Prior to that, he worked with IndusInd Bank in a similar capacity, leading HR initiatives, employee engagement, and talent acquisition for various verticals.
Ravi also gained significant HR leadership experience at Kotak Securities and ICICI Securities, managing regional HR operations across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. His tenure at SEW Infrastructure Ltd. and PeopleLink Collaboration Inc. further honed his expertise in talent acquisition, workforce development, and organizational strategy.
