Liverpool, England, United Kingdom, January 2026 — Rayware Group has appointed Dan Brett as Group Sales Director. In this role, he will support the company’s commercial direction and growth agenda, working to strengthen customer partnerships and accelerate performance across channels as Rayware continues to build momentum behind its portfolio of leading British houseware brands.
Sharing the update, Dan Brett said he is looking forward to the opportunities ahead and to contributing to the direction, growth, and continued success of the business.
Dan brings extensive commercial leadership experience across FMCG and consumer brands, with deep expertise spanning go-to-market strategy, e-commerce, wholesale and distributor management, revenue growth planning, and multi-functional P&L ownership.
Prior to joining Rayware Group, he held senior commercial leadership roles at PZ Cussons. Most recently, he served as Head of UK / Europe: Ecommerce, Wholesale & Distributors, leading commercial execution across key routes to market. He also served as Business Unit Controller UKI – Ecommerce (Amazon & Pureplayers), Highstreet, Wholesale & Distributors, where he led a multi-functional team across major UKI channels, focused on delivering unit profit and market share growth. Earlier at PZ Cussons, he was Business Unit Controller – Highstreet, Discount, Convenience, Wholesale, Distributors, overseeing commercial performance across a broad customer and channel mix.
Before PZ Cussons, Dan spent more than a decade with L’Oréal, building a strong foundation in omnichannel commercial leadership. His roles included Head of Business Development / Go-to-Market, where he led go-to-market and business analysis teams across multiple brands, aligning pricing, product, channel, and customer insights into integrated commercial plans to drive revenue growth and market share. He also served as National Wholesale Manager, leading indirect and distributor partnerships and driving omnichannel strategy, P&L, and demand planning across the UK and EU. Earlier roles at L’Oréal included National Account Manager (L’Oréal Professionnel) and several business development and account management positions across distribution partners and key accounts.
He began his career with a brief stint as a Consultant at Computer People (Adecco Group).
