Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (TCE) has appointed Asnika Das as Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, she will partner with business leaders to strengthen talent management, workforce planning, employer branding, and HR transformation initiatives, supporting TCE’s multi-sector engineering and infrastructure growth across domestic and global markets.
With close to two decades of experience across HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development, Asnika brings a strong track record of building people strategies aligned with business outcomes in technology, manufacturing, logistics, and education-led organizations.
Before joining Tata Consulting Engineers, Asnika Das served as Manager – Talent Management at ideaForge, where she led employer branding, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives for a fast-growing technology and UAV manufacturing organization.
Prior to that, she was Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Embee Software Pvt. Ltd., where she supported HRBP operations across business units and contributed to people strategy execution and organizational effectiveness.
Earlier, Asnika worked as Human Resources Consultant at HR Anexi Pvt. Ltd., partnering with organizations such as Rhenus Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. on HR projects, and as Human Resources Manager at The Ravalgaon Sugar Farm Limited, driving core HR operations and people development initiatives.
She also held leadership roles as Human Resources Manager at Heritage Vision Education Trust and began her professional journey with frontline sales and financial services roles at Bharti Airtel Ltd. and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, building a strong foundation in customer-centric operations and people leadership.
