Greater Leicester Area, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Aspris has announced the appointment of Rebecca Phillips as its new Chief People Officer. In this role, she will be responsible for shaping the organisation’s people strategy, strengthening its culture, and driving initiatives to support its mission of unlocking the potential of every child and young person through specialist care, education, and support.
Rebecca has been with Aspris for over four years, holding progressively senior leadership roles. Most recently, she served as People Team Director and Director of People Operations, where she oversaw payroll, HR operations, and people services, playing a key role in enhancing employee engagement and streamlining HR processes. She also led as Head of Payroll & People Services, ensuring operational efficiency and strong workforce support across the organisation.
Before joining Aspris, Rebecca spent more than five years with Priory in the Greater Leicester Area. She advanced through multiple leadership roles, including Head of Payroll and Pre-employment Services and People Services Operations Manager, where she spearheaded initiatives to optimise HR services and compliance while supporting organisational growth in healthcare and education services.
Earlier in her career, Rebecca worked with Kier Group as HR Shared Services Team Leader, where she directed HR service delivery across the organisation. Prior to this, she held a series of HR leadership roles at Grant Thornton LLP, including HR Administrator and later HR Shared Services Team Leader, managing a team of HR professionals and leading process improvements that strengthened efficiency and client service.
Rebecca’s career reflects over a decade of progressive HR leadership, marked by expertise in payroll, operations, and people services. Her experience in both private and public sector organisations has provided her with a well-rounded perspective on leading HR transformation and building high-performing teams.
