London, England, United Kingdom, July 2025 – Rebecca Wilkinson has taken on a new role as Head of People and Talent at PurpleSector, a cutting-edge, data-driven consultancy founded in the high-performance world of Formula 1™. In her new position, Rebecca will lead strategic HR initiatives, talent acquisition, and people development to support PurpleSector’s dynamic growth and engineering excellence.
Prior to joining PurpleSector, Rebecca served at Nolan Business Solutions for over four years. She began as HR Manager and was later elevated to Head of HR & Services, where she successfully led HR transformation efforts, enhanced employee engagement practices, and supported hybrid teams across functions.
Before Nolan, she was a Freelance HR Consultant with theHRfix, offering tailored people strategies, policy development, and compliance advisory services to businesses for over five years. This included consulting on organizational structure, recruitment, and employee wellbeing across sectors.
Earlier, Rebecca held the role of Global HR Manager at Touchdown PR Ltd, a Ruder Finn company, where she was responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations across the UK and US offices. Her remit included global payroll and benefits, recruitment, onboarding, training, and wellbeing strategy.
Rebecca’s career also includes impactful stints at Pivot Ltd as Interim HR Manager, theblueballroom ltd as HR Manager, and an impressive decade-long tenure at WWF, where she held progressive roles from Recruitment Officer to HR Advisor, contributing significantly to recruitment, change management, and policy development.
