Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, December 2025 — Mindsprint has appointed Reena Antoinette as Lead – Inside Sales in a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. In her new position, she will be responsible for leading inside sales efforts, strengthening pipeline generation and supporting revenue growth as Mindsprint delivers high-impact, AI-driven technology solutions to clients across industries and geographies.
Immediately before joining Mindsprint, Reena Antoinette worked with HCLTech in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India for around three and a half years as Inside Sales Passionista in a full-time, hybrid role. Over this period, she built and nurtured customer relationships, contributed to demand generation for technology solutions and deepened her expertise in inside sales in a large global technology environment.
Prior to HCLTech, Reena spent close to one year and nine months as Senior Manager – Inside Sales at Akrivia Automation Private Limited in Tamil Nadu, India in a full-time role. In this capacity, she was involved in driving inside sales for automation solutions, engaging with customers, managing opportunities and supporting growth in a fast-evolving technology and automation space.
Earlier, Reena Antoinette spent about three years and five months with Adrenalin eSystems Ltd in the Chennai Area, India, where she served as Lead Inside Sales Specialist – Enterprise Accounts – HRMS / HRIS and Inside Sales Lead in a full-time, on-site role. Working on a comprehensive web-based human resource management software platform, she acted as the primary customer interface, developed and managed senior-level customer relationships, generated, qualified and distributed leads, supported outside sales teams, developed new sales opportunities through calls, emails and research, uncovered customer needs and identified relevant tenders for enterprise HR technology opportunities.
In the earlier stages of her career, Reena built a strong foundation in business development and customer-facing roles across multiple organizations. She spent around one year and nine months as Business Development Manager – Presales at M&R Consultants Corporation (MRCC) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, focusing on identifying and developing new business with L&D, HR and Training Heads, generating leads through cold calling, managing customer relationships and supporting proposal development. Before that, she worked for approximately two years and ten months as Business Development Manager at BEST RANKERS INTERNET TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and around one year with First Ring India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India as a CSR in a full-time, on-site role. Across these early assignments, she gained experience in prospecting, client engagement, sales support and customer service, which laid the groundwork for her later leadership roles in inside sales.
